Annie is named after my aunt, Ann, who owned the car from 1970 and looked after her immaculately for over 50 years. She even had the foresight to transfer her memorable number plate from a previous car: 999 SAE. Ann now lives on the Isles of Scilly, and passed the car on to me in 2021.
Annie was my own wedding car back in 1995 — which makes her story all the more special. She is now available for others to enjoy on their own special day.
Annie comes with a chauffeur — just sit back, relax, and enjoy your journey.
Annie can be dressed with ribbons and other decorations to suit your day perfectly.
The roof can be open or closed — though in good weather, open is hard to beat!
Annie is based in Marlborough and available for hire within approximately 30 miles. She can be hired for a single journey — such as home to the wedding venue, or venue to reception — or for up to a full day.
Our most popular package is a 3-hour hire, which allows plenty of time for journeys between homes, the wedding venue, and the reception. We're happy to make arrangements that suit your needs and your budget.
Annie is kept in good condition and is fully insured for wedding hire use. Maintenance records are available on request.
That said, she is approaching 60 years old, and I'd describe her as 'charmingly original' rather than showroom condition. You're very welcome to come and meet Annie before booking, just to make sure she's exactly what you're looking for.
